Location: Accrington
Rate: £22hr CIS
Temp – 4 – 5 weeks
Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Plumber to fit wet room trays and bathroom suites in Accrington and surrounding areas of Lancashire.
This is a social housing project with the possibility of follow-on work
Plumber Key Responsibilities:
Installation of wet room trays and full bathroom suites in occupied social housing properties
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service to tenants
Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Other aspects of plumbing
Plumber Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Bathroom Fitting
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience within the Social Housing sector
Competence and experience in fitting wet room suites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and professionally
