Plumber Required
Clements Young are currently recruiting an experienced Plumber for an ongoing project in North Cambridge. This is a long-term opportunity, possibly until March 2026, working on a commercial office/lab shell & core and fit-out project. Hours of work will be 07:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday, with early finish of 2pm on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of small bore copper crimp pipework (15mm–28mm)
* Fitting HDPE soil and waste systems
* Installation of toilet frames, 2nd fix basins, and toilets as the fit-out progresses
* Unistrut bracketry fabrication and installation
* Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in line with project specifications
Requirements:
✅ Valid CSCS or JIB Card
✅ Proven experience with copper crimp, HDPE, and 2nd fix installations
✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow instructions
✅ Own tools and PPE
✅ Reliable and able to work as part of a team or independently
