Job Description
MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for Multi Tarde Plumbers to join a Social Housing contractor based in North West London on a temporary to permanent basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful as well as an asbestos awareness course.
The successful Multi Plumber will be required too:
Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering.
Be customer focused
Have a plumbing qualification
Have social housing experienceThe Plumber Pay Rate:
£21.40ph (CIS or umbrella rate)Hours:
42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8am - 17:00pm with an half hour breakThe Plumber will be supplied with:
A van
Fuel card
