Job Title: Plumber – Residential & Commercial Works
Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Initial site: Chislehurst, BR6)
Pay: £175 – £220 per day (CIS, depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP – ideally within the next 7 days
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (overtime may be available)
Duration: Ongoing
About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team delivering high-specification plumbing and heating works across a mix of residential and commercial refurbishment projects in London. The initial assignment is based in Chislehurst (BR6), with future work across DA, BR, and SE postcodes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient plumber looking for secure, ongoing work within a well-established operation. We're open to hiring one operative to start, with potential for further placements based on performance and project demand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations
* Complete pipework reruns, upgrades, and heating system maintenance
* Replace bathroom suites and perform general plumbing maintenance
* Conduct leak tracing and emergency repairs
* Maintain clear communication with site contacts and clients
* Work professionally and maintain a clean, tidy work area
* Deliver a high level of finish that reflects the company’s reputation
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (essential)
* Valid DBS check (essential)
* Gas Safe registered (advantageous but not essential)
* Own tools and PPE required
* Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Must be punctual, professional, and reliable
