Location: Leicester and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (overtime available)
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring for a Plumber with strong technical skills and hands-on experience in a variety of plumbing installations and maintenance tasks. This role involves working on both domestic and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations. You will join a supportive and skilled team working on planned works, reactive repairs, and new installations.
Duties of a Plumber
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures.
Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Liaising with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Skills and Experience of a Plumber
As a Plumber, you will need:
Proven plumbing experience with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Competence in both installation and maintenance work.
It would be beneficial if you also had:
Experience working in both domestic and commercial settings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
