Job Title: Plumber - 1st & 2nd Fix (Student Accommodation)
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for ongoing work)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team on a busy student accommodation project in Birmingham. The role will involve both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work as part of a fast-paced new build/refurbishment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out 1st fix installations (pipework, soil stacks, etc.)
Completing 2nd fix work (sinks, toilets, showers, etc.)
Working to site plans and ensuring all work meets current building and safety standards
Liaising with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth progress
Requirements:
Proven experience with both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
Valid CSCS card
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability
