Our client is seeking experienced commercial Plumbers to join a major refurbishment project in Oxford. This role offers consistent hours and competitive pay on a prestigious development, with work expected to continue until the New Year.
The project involves the full internal refurbishment of a large historic building in Oxford, transforming it into a modern multi-purpose facility with teaching, leisure, and dining spaces, as well as over 100 high-quality bedrooms. The development is being delivered with a strong focus on sustainability, incorporating features such as solar panels, green roofs, and energy-efficient systems, while also contributing to the wider regeneration of the local area.
As a Plumber on this project, you will contribute to the internal refurbishment by carrying out a wide range of plumbing works to a high standard, supporting the successful delivery of this landmark development.
Key Responsibilities include:

Installing, maintaining, and testing plumbing systems and fixtures within the refurbishment
*
Working from technical drawings and plans to deliver accurate and high-quality installations
*
Carrying out fault-finding, repairs, and modifications as required
*
Collaborating with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project progress
*
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety on site and following all company procedures
Requirements:
*
Relevant CSCS card with Plumbing Qualifcation/Gold Card
*
Proven experience in large-scale refurbishment or commercial projects
*
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
*
Full tool kit and PPE
