Hertfordshire (Minimal London Travel)
£35,000 – £40,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Van
Mon–Fri | 40 Hours | Flexible Start (6am–6pm)

We’re partnered with a reputable, fast-growing contractor (65 engineers across the South East) now expanding their plumbing team. This role supports a contract covering pubs, bars, and restaurants – no high-rise city work, and barely any London travel.
With a growing team and new division, you’ll be joining at just the right time to shape your future – potential to move into Lead or Supervisor roles as the division scales.
What you’ll need:
*
Experienced Commercial or Domestic Plumber
*
Confident in general plumbing repairs, maintenance & installations
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
What’s on offer:
*
£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
*
1 in 12 on-call rota (moving to 1 in 16)
→ £100 standby
→ 4-hour minimum call-out pay
→ Door-to-door pay when on call
*
Flexible hours between 6am–6pm
*
Paid travel after the first 30 minutes
*
Company van + fuel card (personal use allowed – up to 10 miles/day free, then £0.45 per mile)
*
Plenty of overtime available with new contracts
*
20 days holiday + bank holidays
→ Increases by 1 day/year up to 28 + BH
