Job Description
Plumber – Cambridge – 5 Months
ARC is recruiting for an experienced Plumber with a Domestic Gas Ticket for a 5-month HMO project based in Cambridge. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of plumbing and gas work on a large HMO refurbishment, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Plumber Requirements
Valid Domestic Gas Ticket (ACS qualifications)
Previous experience working on HMO or similar residential projects
Proven background in plumbing installation and gas works
Valid CSCS/JIB Card (preferred but not essential)
Full PPE and tools
Plumber Benefits
£26 - £29 per hour
7.30am – 4.30pm
Long-term contract – 5 months duration
Weekly pay
