£40,000 - £45,000 Basic Performance Bonus + Overtime + Company van & Fuel card + Immediate start.
Ideal for a family focused Plumber, looking for work life balance without sacrificing their earning potential. This Plumbing and Heating company is looking for a number of plumbers to join their growing team where they offer optional overtime and appreciate their staff as more than a number.
Our client has been consistently growing and is firmly established within Plumbing & Heating sector. Their level of service and low staff turnover has allowed them to gradually grow whilst retaining their family feel and staff appreciation. Heavily focused on service and maintenance this would be ideal for an experienced plumber who is looking for more from their employer offering varied work.
Your role as a Plumber will include:
* Service & maintenance
* Covering Birmingham area
The successful Plumber will have:
* PPM and reactive breakdown experience
* G3 tickets / 2 years' experience
