Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable plumbers to join our team for ongoing wet room installation projects across social housing properties.
Location: Ipswich
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £180 per day
Type: Subcontractor
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of full wet room systems (including first and second fix plumbing)
Working within occupied and unoccupied social housing properties
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with building regulations
Collaborating with other trades on-site
Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants and residents
Requirements:
Proven experience fitting wet rooms
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving licence and own tools/van
Strong understanding of health & safety on domestic sites
Experience working in social housing (advantageous)
