Plumber – Redditch (Local Work Only)
Rate: Up to £20 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Redditch (no long-distance travel)
Are you an experienced Plumber looking for consistent, local work and a good work-life balance?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected local organisation based in Redditch — you’ll be carrying out general plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations across domestic and social housing properties within the local area.
The Role:

Carry out plumbing repairs, installations and maintenance work in homes and communal areas
*
Diagnose and fix plumbing faults quickly and safely
*
Work in line with current regulations, safety standards and best practice
*
Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with tenants and colleagues
*
Keep your work area clean, tidy and professional at all times
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven plumbing experience (ideally within social housing or residential maintenance)
*
Good understanding of plumbing systems, regulations and fault finding
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
*
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a small team
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Full UK Driving Licence
