Plumber - Luxury Properties
£35k-£45k Basic Salary with OTE £50k+ Fully Employed + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits
Location - South West London

The Role:
We're looking for expert Domestic Plumbers to handle a variety of work including repairs, maintenance, servicing, and installations.
Repair, fix leaks and maintenance/install works across basins, tanks and hot water cylinders and taps.
What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience as a Qualified Plumber (more is a bonus).
NVQ Level 2 / 3 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent. Additional qualifications are welcomed and supported.
Must live within commuting distance of Chelsea, South West London.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Salary and Package:
Generous and transparent package:
£35,000-£45,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Monthly productivity bonus (£5,000+ potential)
Quarterly profit share (up to £2,000/year)
Overtime and enhanced out-of-hours rates
25 days holiday + public holidays
Pension scheme
Company van, uniform, phone/tablet
All expenses covered (tools provided)
