Job Description
We are currently looking for Plumber / Multi Trade in Romford Area working for a well-established Housing association. This is a long term contract working on the responsive team.
As the Plumber / Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
Building external ramps and fencing
Door widening
Carpentry
Stud walls
Plumbing
Wet room fitting
The successful Plumber / Multi Trade will:
To be able to commute to sites
Have a full UK Driving Licence
Have there own van
Have there own tools
Have a NVQ Level 2 in carpentry and plumbing
Basic IT skills
Minimum of blue CSCS card
In return the Plumber / Multi Trade will receive:
£200 / £250 per day dependant on skill set
