Job Description
I am looking for a Plumber Multi to work for a highly established housing association in Ipswich and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve working in void and tenanted properties.
The Plumber Multi will receive benefits of:
An annual salary of £33,000
Company van and fuel card
Full time employment
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Plumber Multi will have:
Relevant Qualifications or over 5 year's experience in the trade
Skilled in 2 or more trade
Experience working within social housing
Full UK drivers license
Clean DBS check
The Plumber Multi will be responsible for:
Carrying out maintenance works and servicing our clients properties
Installing Bathrooms and Kitchens
Basic carpentry
Patch plastering
Need to be flexible to respond to urgent repairs needs if required
