Job Description

Resourcing Group is looking for a solid Plumber Multi to join a fast-paced team in Birmingham! We’re focusing on voids, so we need someone who can get in, get the job done to a high standard, and prep properties for new tenants.

This is a Temp-to-Perm role—prove your worth during the hourly phase, and there’s a permanent desk waiting for you.

The Details

  * Location: Birmingham (Regional travel required)

  * Pay (Temp): Standard rate + holiday pay

  * Contract: Temp-to-Perm

What You’ll Be Doing

  * Plumbing First: Full maintenance and repair of domestic plumbing systems in void properties.

  * The "Multi" Bit: You aren't just a one-trick pony. We need you competent in secondary trades to get the void turned around—think basic tiling, plaster patching, carpentry, and fitting floorboards.

  * Efficiency: Working to tight deadlines to ensure social housing stock is ready for occupation.

What You Need

  * Trade Qualified: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent time-served experience).

  * Multi-Skilled: Proven ability to handle basic tasks outside of core plumbing.

  * Tools & Transport: Full UK Driving Licence and your own standard hand tools.

  * Mindset: Reliable, tidy, and capable of working independently
