Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Plumber to join our team. to undertake reactive and planned maintenance and carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across amazon sites.
* Salary - £38,000
* Location - DA1 5PZ
* Hours - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Duties
* To carry out mechanical remedial works.
* To attend and rectify mechanical faults.
* To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
* Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
* Production of technical and situational reports as required.
* Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations.
Skills
* Full UK Driving Licence – Desirable
* Clear DBS- Mandatory
* Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations) – Desirable
* Water regs & L8 – Desirable
* PASMA – Desirable
* IPAF – Desirable
