Plumber Multi Trade - Dorset
£34,000 per annum + van and fuel card.
Job role:
The role is working on a responsive repairs contract on MOD properties in and around Dorset.
Multiskilled Requirements:
Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
Good Plumbing maintenance experience
Positive attitude
External repairs and maintenance
Polite and used to working with customers
Plumbing as core trade
Competent in all trades maintenance work, minor carpentry, painting, tiling etc.
Happy travelling to various jobs in work van
DBS check will be carried out before starting
Full UK driving license essential
40 hour weeks
Good package
Security check will be carried out
