Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: £36,000.00 per annum
We are looking for a Plumber Multi-Trade to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
Conducting plumbing repairs in occupied properties within the housing sector, working with supported and vulnerable customers.
Replacing taps and fittings, leak detection, kitchen upgrades and full bathroom re-fits.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner.
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives.
Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (preferred)Benefits:
