Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (Subject to overtime / call out)

The Company
Working for a maintenance specialist who’s contracts are with local authorities within the SW & TW postcodes.
The Role
Carpentry biased role carrying out Multi Trade works with the aim to deliver first time fix. This will be on a reactive or planned works basis. Works can include but not limited to: Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom installs / refurbs, and voids.
All Plumbing maintenance works followed by necessary Multi Trade.
Skills & Experience
Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
Level 2 NVQ Plumbing
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience (Preferred)
Relevant industry qualifications
