Multi Trade Plumber (x1) - Voids Team
Location: South Birmingham
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Rate: Competitive
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided (work strictly within South Birmingham only)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Trade Plumber to work on the Voids Team, preparing empty properties for new tenants. This role is based entirely in South Birmingham and offers secure, long-term employment.
Role Requirements:
NVQ or JIB qualified in Plumbing
Experience in void or property turnaround works preferred
Capable of completing basic multi-trade tasks where needed
Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)
Willing to undertake a DBS check
