Plumber / Pipefitter - Mechanical Engineer

💰 £35,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

A modern and growing M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Plumber / Pipefitter) to join their team working across multiple sites in Sussex and surrounding areas.
This role will involve a mix of domestic and commercial duties, providing an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys working on varied projects.
The Role
*
Installation of mechanical pipework and plumbing systems
*
Working on both domestic and commercial projects
*
Installing and maintaining heating systems, pipework, and associated mechanical services
*
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
*
Working across a range of project sites
*
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
*
Experience working as a Plumber, or Pipefitter
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical pipework and plumbing systems
*
Experience working on commercial and/or domestic installations
*
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
*
Ductwork knowledge or experience would be advantageous
*
Full UK driving licence preferred
