Annual Salary: £38,500 per annum
Location: Exeter, Plymouth, Torbay
Job Type: PermanentJoin a Property Team in Devon and contribute to providing quality, affordable homes. We are looking for a qualified Plumber to handle plumbing repairs and maintenance with professionalism and efficiency. This role includes a business use van and fuel card, ensuring you are supported as you travel and work.
Day-to-day of the role:
Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to properties in line with work schedules.
Tasks include repairs to domestic plumbing installations, installation of sanitary ware, kitchen sinks, and new pipework.
Installation and repair of water mains supplies, heating system pipework, and domestic appliances like showers and washing machines.
Perform basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
Ensure high standards of customer service and safety are maintained.Required Skills & Qualifications:
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the core trade.
Experience working in occupied premises with excellent customer service skills.
Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.
Proficiency in using mobile technology such as iPads.
A full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
CSCS card is desirable.This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and call-outs at competitive rates to enhance your earnings.
