Job Description

Role Profile Job Title: Plumbing Engineer – Residential Plumbing Location: Essex Department: Operations Reports To: Network Manager About the Company Our client works with leading home insurers to deploy innovative, technology-driven solutions that deliver sustainable risk reduction. Their focus is on the global expansion of their proprietary leak detection system — an end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) solution designed to protect homes from water damage. Water damage remains the single largest cause of home insurance claims, accounting for over $17 billion annually across the USA and UK combined. The system is a patented, self-install device that connects to a home’s Wi-Fi network. When a potential leak is detected, it alerts the customer via a mobile app and offers access to a specialist team of engineers who can quickly locate and repair the issue. Our client partners with multiple leading insurance carriers across the UK, Europe, and the USA, delivering cutting-edge solutions that reduce risk and improve customer experience. About the Role We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Engineer to join our client’s dedicated plumbing team.
