Plumber - Social Housing (Mobile Role)

Location: Harlow / North Essex 
 Pay Rate: £21.18 per hour
 Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm 
 Benefits: Company van provided

About the Role:
 We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team, working on social housing properties in Harlow / North Essex area. This is a mobile role, so you'll be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in social housing properties
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and is completed to a high standard
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clientsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Plumber in a similar role
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Basic DBS 
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred)
Social Housing / Domestic experience 
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat We Offer:
