Job Description
Plumber - Southampton, Bournemouth & Basingstoke
We are looking for experienced Plumbers to join a property maintenance team, working on social housing void properties and responsive repairs across Southampton, Bournemouth, and Basingstoke.
The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring homes are brought up to a liveable standard. The role is varied, customer-facing, and secure, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills as part of a supportive team.
Typical tasks include:
General plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, radiators, taps, toilets, etc.)
Bathroom and kitchen installations & repairs
Responsive repairs across occupied homes
Voids work to prepare properties for re-letting
Working from job tickets/handheld device linked to a live system
Managing your own workload effectively while delivering excellent service
Hours & Pay
39 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-4:30, early finish Friday)
Salary: Competitive (discussed on application)

Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
Experience in domestic plumbing & maintenance repairs
Full UK driving licence
DBS check (support provided if required)
Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service
