Job Description
Plumber Mate – Central Cambridge (3-Month Project)
ARC are seeking a Plumber Mate to join a well-established contractor based in Central Cambridge. This contractor specialises in HMO projects, turning houses into high-quality flats.
Plumber Mate Role:
Assisting plumbers with installation work on HMO projects
Supporting with pipework, bathroom installations, and general plumbing duties
Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and work areas are kept tidy
Working closely with qualified plumbers to meet project deadlines
Plumber Mate Requirements:
Previous experience as a plumber’s mate or plumbing labourer
Valid CSCS card preferred
Own basic hand tools and PPE
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Job Details:
Location: Central Cambridge
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (8.5 hours paid per day)
Rate: £19 per hour
Duration: 3-month project
Start: Immediate start available
