Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Haywards Heath, West Sussex
£47,000 + Van + Bonus + Training
We are a friendly, family-run MCS-registered company with over 30 years of experience, employing a team of 15 engineers across West Sussex. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for a Plumbing and Heating Engineer who takes pride in high-quality work and is looking for long-term stability within a supportive company, while developing skills in renewable heating.
Benefits:
* £40,000 – £47,000 depending on experience
* Company van (local work only – West Sussex)
* Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
* No call-outs or out-of-hours work
* Ongoing training in heat pumps and renewables

Role Overview:
As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, you will carry out a range of installation and maintenance work across domestic properties, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full heating system installations and upgrades
* Radiators and underfloor heating installation
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Working within an MCS-accredited environment
Requirements:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Plumbing and Heating Engineer who values quality and customer service.
* Proven experience in plumbing and heating installations
* Strong attention to detail and pride in work
* Interest in renewable heating systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Good customer-facing skills
