Job Opportunity: Plumbing & Heating Engineer (with Mechanical Duties)
Static Commercial Site | Victoria, London | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £44,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced plumbing and heating engineer with a solid understanding of mechanical building services to join the maintenance team at a high-profile commercial site in the Victoria area of London. This is a static position offering long-term stability, no travel, and the opportunity to work on a well-maintained building with modern systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Reactive and planned maintenance of plumbing and heating systems
*
Mechanical maintenance duties including work on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, pipework, and valves
*
Basic HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
*
Working as part of the on-site engineering team to maintain system performance
*
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures
Requirements:
*
Qualified in plumbing and heating (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent minimum)
*
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working on commercial building systems
*
Good understanding of AHUs, FCUs, pressurisation units, and water systems
*
Able to work independently and take initiative
*
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
*
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
