Plumbing & Heating Engineer – South Norfolk
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer looking for a long-term role with a friendly, family-run company?
We’re working with a well-established plumbing and heating business based in South Norfolk/North Suffolk, known for its supportive environment and high-quality service to a loyal customer base. With continued growth and a strong focus on renewable energy solutions, they’re now looking for a reliable and skilled engineer to join their team.
The Role
You’ll be carrying out a variety of plumbing and heating work across the Norfolk and Suffolk areas, including:
General plumbing and repair work
New build and renovation projects (houses & barn conversions)
Mains pressure hot water cylinders
Gas and oil boiler installations
Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations and servicing
You’ll work both independently and alongside other engineers, with full office support to help your day run smoothly.
Requirements
Proven experience in plumbing and heating (essential)
ASHP and unvented/mains pressure hot water experience (desirable)
CCN1 and OFTEC qualifications (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently
