Job Description
Pro Staff Construction are working with a reputable property maintenance company in West Wales who are looking to hire an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer Supervisor.
You’ll be responsible for supervising a team of 15 engineers, ensuring all maintenance, heating and plumbing works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards across a wide property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, support and manage a team of engineers
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance works
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
• Liaise with clients, tenants and internal teams
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and service delivery
Requirements:
• Gas Safe registered
• OFTEC certified
• Valid CSCS card
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Strong supervisory or team leadership experience
• Full UK driving licence
Package:
• £45,000 salary
