Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer
Salary: £28,168-£42,000 per annum
Location: Wiltshire College, Trowbridge
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a full-time Plumbing Lecturer to join a leading further education provider's Construction and Engineering department. You'll be working alongside a passionate team of educators, helping to train the next generation of plumbers and heating engineers in a supportive and progressive environment.

Every July, you'll receive a £5,500 one-off payment as part of your employment package.
This role is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional looking to take the next step in their career or for those ready to pass on their experience in a classroom and workshop setting. Full support and training will be provided to help you thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions in plumbing and heating installation.
Support learners through their qualifications and apprenticeships.
Develop lesson plans and learning materials in line with curriculum standards.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and support individual development.
Maintain workshop and classroom safety and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with curriculum teams to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Essential: Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing or City & Guilds Advanced Craft in Plumbing.
Previous teaching or assessing experience is a bonus but not essential - training will be provided.
