Eden Brown are looking to recruit a full time permanent plumbing lecturer on behalf of a leading further education college in Greater Manchester
As a Plumbing Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction and support to our students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that meets industry standards, preparing students for successful careers in plumbing.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in plumbing
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Ensure that the learning environment is safe, supportive, and conducive to learning.
* Mentor and support students in both practical and theoretical aspects of their studies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continuous improvement of the plumbing programs
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum level 3 qualification in plumbing
* Proven industry experience in plumbing
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
