Lecturer – Plumbing
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 per annum (Temp rate up to £50p/h)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent or Temporary
We’re seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Plumbing to deliver high-quality teaching across vocational programmes within a thriving construction department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced industry professional or qualified tutor to help train the next generation of plumbing engineers.
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting learners of varying abilities, and contributing to the development of curriculum materials and assessments. You'll also play a role in tracking learner progress, embedding health & safety standards, and preparing students for successful careers in the trade.
What we’re looking for:

Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Plumbing

GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
*
Relevant industry experience

Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one – full support provided)

Excellent communication and organisational skills
