Water Project Plumbing Supervisor
Location: North West Regions (covering
Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas)
Reports to: Regional Operations Manager
Contract Duration: Until End of March 2026
Contract Type: Temporary with the possibility to extend
Role Overview
Are you a natural leader who loves getting the best out of a team? Do you take pride in
delivering high-quality work and keeping projects running smoothly? Join us as a Water
Project Supervisor and help make a real difference to how communities use and save
water.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a team of door canvassers and plumbers
and water efficiency auditors, leading them to hit targets, maintain top-quality standards,
and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll keep everything on track, from daily
team deployment to quality checks and performance reporting - ensuring every project flows
as it should.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and motivate your team of canvassers and plumbers to meet water efficiency
targets.
Make sure your team is on site, on time, and ready to deliver great results every day.
Carry out regular quality checks, record findings, and share updates with the wider
team.
Keep performance on track — providing coaching, support, and feedback where
needed.
Produce clear, accurate reports on progress, quality, and resource performance.
Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to resolve any operational or
staffing challenges.
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards, maintaining a positive and
safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience leading field-based teams — ideally in utilities, construction, or
water efficiency.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and support your
team.
Great communicator — confident with
both people paperwork and job
management systems.
Sharp eye for quality and detail, with experience in performance monitoring and
reporting.
A hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems and keeping projects moving.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within your region.
A works van will be provided.
