Plumbing Working Supervisor

  * London (with UK travel)

  * Full-Time | Permanent

  * Competitive Salary + Company Van

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Working Supervisor to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of residential developments and hotels.

This is a hands-on role involving both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works and is mobile a van will be provided there will a strong focus on old commercial properties, Old mansions and townhouses life safety equipment.

You’ll primarily be based in London, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK.

Works Undertaken

  * General Pipework leaks and experience with George fisher pipework

  * Shower cartridge failures/replacement

  * Expansion Vessel Failures/replacements

  * Non Return Valve Failures/replacements

  * Experience with Drain Downs of systems

The Role will require

  * Proven experience in plumbing maintenance within residential, hotel, or building services environments

  * Strong leadership skills

  * Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

  * Full UK driving licence (essential)

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  * Gas Safe
