We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Plan and deliver individualised lessons for pupils with complex needs
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families
Promote independence and communication skillsRequirements - The ideal candidate would have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching pupils with PMLD or severe learning difficulties
Strong understanding of SEN strategies and communication systems
