Job Description
We’re urgently looking for a dedicated PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely special school in Northfield.
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), many of whom also have physical disabilities. You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning, care and support – helping students reach their full potential from day one.
Requirements:
* Essential: Experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities (school, residential or care setting)
* Essential: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting students with complex needs
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
