Role expectations in the first year:
* Successfully complete a structured induction plan, gaining confidence in patient treatment.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, referring patients as needed.
* Manage a varied caseload, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments.
* Engage in regular performance reviews and training to enhance clinical skills.
* Participate in team activities and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
* HCPC-registered podiatrist with a degree in Podiatry.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Open to feedback and continuous professional development.
* Passionate about podiatry and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
