Polish Speaking Customer Service Administrator £24,000 / £12.73ph Nottingham (hybrid) Hours: 36.25 M-F 8 am - 4 pm Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading company who are looking for multiple Polish-speaking Customer Service Administrators to support the customer service function. This is a temporary contract with an immediate start! What will the role involve? Processing orders & entering details into in-house systems Supporting with delivery queries, returns and refunds Liaising with couriers Authorising credit notes Producing correspondence and confirmation via email Demonstrating and developing knowledge of product lines Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teamsWho are we looking for? Fully fluent in Polish and English Previous customer service experience Computer literateWhat's in it for you?
