Job Description
Ford & Stanley Talentwise are recruiting for a skilled Polisher on behalf of a respected manufacturing business in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its precision, quality, and craftsmanship in glass production.
Key Responsibilities:
Polishing glass products to a high standard using manual and mechanical methods
Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and finish
Maintaining polishing tools and equipment
Working closely with production teams to meet deadlines
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in polishing, ideally within a manufacturing or glass-related environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work the specified hours
Basic understanding of workplace safety standards
Shifts:
Monday – Thursday, 06:45 – 16:45
