Job Description
The Best Connection are looking for a Polisher to join our leading manufacturing client in Wallingford
Location: Wallingford
Shift times:
7.00 am - 15.00 pm
Monday - FridayPay Rate:
£27K yearly
Overtime available
X1.3 Monday to Friday
X1.5 SaturdayResponsibilities of the Polisher:
Finishing of GRP mouldings
Trimming, preparation, polishing, gel coat repairs and assembly of moulded components.
Polishing of gel coat surfaces
Checking and identifying defects requiring rework
Sanding and finishing of cut edges using abrasive papersQualifications and experience required:
Previous experience of finishing GRP or paint finishes/ detailing
Able to work independently or in part of a team
Previous experience of working within the marine industry or similar is advantageous but not essentialThis is a permanent role!!
