Junior / Trainee Precision Engineering Technician
Location: East Grinstead
Pertemps are seeking a motivated Junior/Trainee Precision Engineering Technician to join a specialist engineering company in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in precision engineering with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cleaning high-grade machined components
Inspecting surfaces and reporting defects
Fault finding and quality checking against job/serial numbers
Packing components into specialist crates for shipment
Supporting factory operations, including deliveries and collections
Candidate Profile
Strong attention to detail and methodical approach
Ability to work independently and within a team
Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
Engineering or mechanical background advantageous but not essential
Positive attitude and pride in quality work
