3 x Porta Cabin Fitters Urgently Required!!
£14.00 per hour
Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday- Thursday7.45 – 4.30 Friday 07.45 – 3.30
The Role of The Maintenance Operative:
Refurbish and fit out the complete range of modular buildings to the highest possible standards.
You will work on the new and used Portacabins in a production environment
The company offers a wide range of training and upskilling throughout the employment.
You will for the first few months shadow another team member who will give training and support.
Duties of the Cabin Fitter:
Rip out and Clean the portacabins once back from site.
Painting and Decorating to the internal and external of the building
Basic Joinery, partition walls, doors and windows.
Plumbing duties, sink and toilet assembly, waste and drainage, copper and push fit fittings
Electrics of sockets, heaters, lighting etc, supporting in the preparation and first fix, under the supervision of an electrician.
General Fit out and Refurb both on and off site
Installation and Dismantling of all buildings.
Maintenance of Tools
Report any damages to the team
Requirements:
Maintenance or Handyman Experience
Ideally Offsite or Modular experience
Basic Joinery and Construction Skills
