Portfolio Supervisor - City & West End - £50,000 – £53,000 + Zones 1-2 Travelcard

We're looking for a Portfolio Supervisor to oversee a cluster of high-profile corporate commercial office sites across the City and West End. You'll lead a small, multi-skilled team of engineers, ensuring service delivery is second to none. You'll be the go-to technical lead on-site, with a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational performance
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day supervision of engineering teams across multiple sites
* Client interaction and relationship management across the portfolio
* Ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met and exceeded
* Conducting audits, compliance checks, and regular toolbox talks
* Maintaining technical involvement, supporting your team with hands-on work where required
* Upholding high standards in health & safety, compliance, and engineering best practices
What I’m Looking For:
* Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
* Comfortable in a client-facing environment, with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of compliance, audits, KPIs, SLAs, and health & safety regulations
* A proactive, supportive leader who can motivate a small but skilled team
