Postroom Admin Assistant Ipswich Temporary Role £13-£14ph 8am-4:30pm We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to work in our post room for a minimum of two weeks in July. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing mail and supporting general administrative tasks across the business. Key Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post and deliveries to departments. Prepare, package, and send outgoing mail and courier items. Maintain records of deliveries and dispatches. Monitor and manage post room supplies and equipment. Support general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. Assist with document handling and internal mail distribution. Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security policies.Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, within an office setting. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
