Powder Coater
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Pay: £14 per hour

Role Overview
The Powder Coater will play a key role in finishing metal components to meet customer specifications and the company’s high-quality standards. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will ensure that all products receive a durable, consistent finish that reflects the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts for coating, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for finishing.
*
Apply powder coating to a variety of components in line with customer and internal specifications.
*
Operate, clean, and maintain powder coating guns, spray booths, and curing ovens.
*
Carry out colour changes efficiently while maintaining an organised, tidy workspace.
*
Inspect coated parts to ensure a uniform, high-quality finish is achieved.
*
Adhere to all health & safety procedures within a busy manufacturing environment.
*
Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet daily output and delivery targets.
Key Skills & Experience
*
Previous powder coating experience within a manufacturing or sheet metal environment is preferred.
*
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Good understanding of health & safety practices.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced settingBefore You Apply
