Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coater to join our production team no the permanant 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday shift. This role involves working in a busy manufacturing environment, applying powder coating to mild steel components. While previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential—we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply powder coating to mild steel products according to production specifications
Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and setting up appropriately
Use hand and power tools as required for the coating process
Manually lift and handle products safely throughout the workday
Inspect finished items to ensure coatings meet quality standards
Follow all health and safety regulations within the workplace
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to carry out manual handling and physical work
Attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality finishes
Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
