Location: Redditch
Salary: £13.05 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:15pm (4-day week)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Power Press Setter to join our well-established manufacturing team based in Redditch. Supplying high-quality components into the automotive industry, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong reputation for precision and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate power presses in accordance with health & safety regulations (PUWER & LOLER).
Perform tool changes and ensure correct tooling is used for production.
Carry out quality checks and ensure parts meet required specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues with press machinery.
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience setting and operating power presses (preferably within automotive or high-volume manufacturing).
Knowledge of health & safety procedures and press regulations.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
