What We're Looking For: This role is perfect for a dedicated and experienced educator with a strong background across KS1/KS2 and a proven track record of achieving great progress. We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:
KS1/KS2 Experience: Strong subject knowledge across key stages will be crucial to your success
Assessment Skills: The ability to use both formative and summative assessments to identify misconceptions and revisit/reteach where necessary
Target-Oriented: A driven individual who thrives on setting and achieving goals.
Patience and Passion: A deep commitment to helping children make fantastic progress.
Adaptability: The capacity to convey information through various teaching strategies, catering to different learning preferences. Utilize audio, visual, and kinesthetic methods to support the diverse needs of our students.

Essential Requirements
You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
